What is "Street food" for us?  It is "our ways of life".  We could learn a lot about people by the way they cook, the way they serve, and the way they eat.

 

Behind each dishes, there are stories of our lives, some are spoken words, and some are unspoken, from our grandparents, aunts and uncle, moms and dads, bosses, brothers and sisters.  In each ingredient, the timing, the ways, and the hows, there are traditions and innovations.  

 

Nevertheless, one thing that (street) foods never fail us is the universal message and stories of giving, the passions behinds them, and the expressions of love!
